What we keep, and why.

Palna asks for very little, and this page says exactly what, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address and, only if you give them, your city and the month your baby is due or was born. When you write to hello@palna.co: your message and your email address. That is all. This site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.

Why

To write to you about Palna: occasional updates as it comes together, and your invitation to buy one. Your city tells us where to deliver first. The due date tells us when Palna would be useful to you, so we can invite you in time.

Who can see it

Only the Palna team. We never sell or rent it, and we never share it with anyone for their marketing. Waitlist details are stored on a server we run, rented from Hetzner in Helsinki. Email you send to hello@palna.co is forwarded to our Google Workspace inbox. The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, which, like any website you visit, sees your IP address.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need to write to you about Palna, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Write to hello@palna.co to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will do it within seven days. Every email we send you will have a way to stop them.

Your baby

We never ask for anything about your baby beyond the optional due or birth month.

Changes

If this page changes, we will update the date at the top, and tell waitlist members about anything that matters.
